Payment can be made by paypal account (including credit/debit card) or alternatively by cheque. Speakers will be
despatched once payment has cleared. No credit card or debit card details are kept by Furry Speakers, the transactions
are handled by Paypal for added security.

Personal details kept by Furry Speakers are kept safe, not passed on to 3rd parties and only used for communication
directly related to your purchase or enquiry.

Furry Speakers are guaranteed free from manufacturing faults for 1 year. If you have any concerns at any time about your
furry speakers please contact us so we can advise. The guarantee does not cover non-manufacturing faults such as
accidental damage, improper use, use in a non-domestic application, etc.

Once delivered there is a fourteen day period where you can make sure your furry speakers are satisfactory. If you have
any reason for returning the speakers please advise us as soon as possible.

Please note that the delivery charge (and any returns delivery charge) is not refundable and that the speakers must
be returned in original condition complete with all packaging for full exchange or refund.
